About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

I have a Resident Permit, Can my wife apply to family visa? she has F visa, she is in china too.

Your wife, as a family member accompanying your residence permit, can try to apply for a family visit visa at local PSB. But sometimes, she may be required to apply for an L in your home country first.
