About:Sera Monastery

Staying in a temple in Lhasa

I'm going to that city in October and I'd really like to learn more about life in a temple there. Can I live in it? Do I need to contact anyone there? Any advice is welcome!

Most of the temples in Lhasa provide accommodation for visitors, but the living condition is always poor. You may just book and pay for that on your arrival.
