Visa for Shanghai

i wanted to go to Shanghai in June for couple weeks, maybe not more than 2 weeks.
do i need to apply visa, if so would you let me know what the conditions to apply this?

Yes, you need to apply for China visa to Shanghai for less than 2 weeks. You need to apply for visa now. I'm puzzled by the conditions you write, do you mean the required documents for China visa application? Can you tell me the purpose of coming to Shanghai?
