D121 From Beijing to Xinxiang on 28th August 2011

I want to book 1-3 Tickets von Beijing to Xinxiang.
Departure date would be on the 28th August 2011.
I like to book them now. And also got an address where the tickets can be delivered.
But there are some questions:

1. Is it to early to book now? Because I must take this train.

2. How do I pay? Before hand, by paypal? Will there be any additional charge fee? Or at the Train-Station, so this booking is like a reservation?

3. When do I recieve the ticket? Means when und how can I be really sure I got the valid tickets?
