Which Chinese visa form do we need to complete for my holiday to Shanghai with some friends in September?

Hi,

I will be going to Shanghai with some friends in September for a holiday. We are doing the special Jiangnan tour - 7days tour. Which visa form do we need to complete??Form V2011A??? Do we need to apply for visa 3 months prior to our departure?? Cost of visa is Aud40??

You just need to fill Form V2011A if you apply for China visa in your home country. You can't apply for visa 3 months before your departure, please apply China visa in late July. The fee for single entry visa for Australian applicants is AUD 40, but if you apply for visa through CVASC in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you also need to pay service fee.
