About:How to Choose China Train Ticket Types?

Maximum number of passengers per compartment

Could anyone please tell me if 4 adults and 1 child can travel in the one compartment (soft sleeper) on a Beijing to Shanghai journey?

yes, it is okay if the child's height is lower than 1.5 meters.
