My wife and I are planning an upstream cruise from Yichang to Chongqing. Our plan is to fly from Beijing to Yichang, and estimated time of arrival in Yichang is around 3.00 pm. From there, we plan to take a taxi for a couple of hours tour around the city, and then end up at the pier for a dinner (hopefully there is a reasonable restaurant) before boarding at 7.00 pm. Can anyone suggest any alternative or comment to our plan. Thanks.
