How is the weather in June for a Silk Road and Tibet tour?

Is Tibet too high for someone with a heart condition?

It is generally hot and dry for a silk road and Tibet tour in June. Well, the temperature differs much in day and night in Tibet. You need to wear cool in day and warm at night. Tibet is really high for someone with a heart condition.
