Do people in Zhongshan still speak Leungdo? the old language?

My family was from Zhongshan. I've never been to Zhongshan, but I can speak the language Zhongshan Leungdo. Is there anybody thats still speaks the old langauge? Can I find people over there that still speaks the language? I plan to taking a trip with my family there oneday for a visit.
