train from beijing to the terracotta warriors

I want to travel by train from Beijing Central to see the Terracotta Warriors. What train do I catch?  Can it be done in one day trip?  Also what is the cost?   Thank you.

The Terracotta Warriors is located in Xian, thus you need to take train from Beijing to Xian. The train takes about 12~14 hours. If you want to do it in one day, you need to take a night train from Beijing to Xian. I suggest you take flight between them. Anyway, it is up to you.
