I am going to have bussiness trip to Shanghai 5-12 June 2011. Unfortunatelly, I will have only 1 day (11 June 2011) which I can spent full for vacation. Any recommendation to what place better for me to visit within 1 day? Preferably to the place which is really as a Shanghai trademark.another one, if i want to go to Nanjing road, is it recommended to go there after office hour?Thanks.Lestri

I think Nanjing Road is more beautiful at night, so you can go there after office hour. You can walk along the East Nanjing Road till the Bund. I think you should go to Yuyuan Garden, around the garden, there are Shanghai Old Street, City God Temple, and many food and sovenirs here.
