The best way for you is to take MTR from Lohas park station to Fortress Hill and transfer to Island line to Central. Then walk to Hong Kong Station to take Tung Chug line to the final stop. At tung chung station, you could catch bus S1 to the airport.  It totally takes you about 100 minutes.
