If you need English Version for Immigration, you can find you a third-party independent professional translation agency, and then get your English translation of your Chinese marriage certificate certified by Chinese consulate, at last, to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS, formerly, Immigration and Naturalization Service – INS).
