About:Chinese Consulate in New York

My company has an office in China. I need a Bank Letter authenticated by the Chinese Consulate in NY. The main Bank branch where we do business is located in Manhattan, New York. My company is located in Nassau County, New York. Can you please advise me of how I go about doing this? What do i need to get done in order to have the Consulate authenticate this document? Thank you kindly, I await your advice.

Procedures are as follows:
1. bank Letter should first be notarized by a local Notary Public.
2. The notarized document should be authenticated separately by the Nassau County Clerk of New York State and Secretary of New York State
3. The Chinese Consulate General in New York authenticates the signature of the Secretary of New York State.

Please be noticed that documents should be in original shape when submitted. Applicants should not take apart the original documents (notarized or authenticated) or stitch some other pages to the original documents, and should bear all responsibility aroused.

I am clear on this step, thank you. Next questions: Do I need to bring along China Consulate application for this, signed by my boss along with copies of his passport & drivers license? Do I need to bring the original letter of good standing that was authenticated by the China Consulate last month as well? Are there any other Company papers required that I need to bring ? Thank you, this has been very helpful.
