About:China Customs Declaration

Hi I want to know if I take any of these Items into Hong Kong for my 2 week vacation stay will I be charged tax or fees?

Ipad2 - opened and used
2 Boxes of Emergen C Vitamin packs
Ginseng- as gifts for family (is there a limit?)
Tickel Me Elmo toy- as a gift for a new born.
Zytec - (for my allergies)
