From Shamrock Hotel to Ocean Park: no direct bus and nearly 100HKD by taxi I guess. Usually, people will take MTR from Jordan Station to Admiralty and then take bus 629 to the Ocean Park. Totally cost, 19HKD.
From Ocean Park to Victoria Peak: take bus 629 back to Admiralty and then take bus 15 at Admiralty road to the Peak. The fare is about 20HKD. It costs about 80-100HKD from Ocean Park to Central by taxi. You should pay for if go to the top of the Peak. Back to Hotel, take MTR from Central to Jordan, and you hotel is just next to MTR Station.
