Where to convert money in Beijing?

What is the best way to convert money once in Beijing? Is it better to have US dollars (cash) or use an ATM machine?

You can find money convert machine in Beijing capital airport. Or you could covert money with US dollars (cash) to the the Bank of China or money convert outlets in Beijing to convert it.
