Firstly, please walk to the bus station called Dongdan Lukou Xi(东单路口西), located at the south end of Wangfujing Street. Here, you should take the city-bus 1 and transfer to bus 661, 662 or 937 zhi 3 at Liuliqiao Bei Li (六里桥北里)station. Finally, please get off at Kangzhan Diaosu Yuan (抗战雕塑园), where the bridge is located.
