About:Dual Nationality

Hello, I am writing because my husband and I are now living in China due to an expatriation project from my husband's employment. We have a daughter who is still studying in Canada, however, she is planning to come and stay with us this summer for a little while. On her visa, is her stay with us limited and for how long? We would like for her to stay for approximately two months if possible. Please advise on this matter. We very much appreciate it.

Thank you!

You can apply for a double entry visa within 3 months for her. When she stay one month, go to Hong Kong and re-enter. Or L visa and have an extension for one month. It allows two extensions, 30 days for each extension.
