About:China Visa Application in USA

If I supply a self addressed Fedex envelope will my visa be able to be mailed back to me instead of making another trip to the Consulate?

Where are you going to apply for a visa to China? As the information on this site, only Consulate-General of P.R.China in Chicago and San francisco provide mail back service. Please read details from the very page of the consulates.
