You can first enquire a travel agency designated by China embassy/consulate in South Korea, if the application is not accepted in South Korea, your wife and son have to mail back their passport to friends or relatives in Sweden, they can entrust them to apply for China tourist visa in Sweden, then mail the passports to Korea.
