The previous China visas on your passport are helpful for your one year multiple-entry visa application, but the final decision is up to visa officer, nobody can tell you an assuring answer. Maybe you only get a single entry L visa with 30 days stay duration. You don't need a certificate from your company for L visa application, the Malaysian work permit or residence permit is required. Anyhow, have a try!
