About:Chinese Embassy in India

I am an Indian national with permanent resident status in Japan. I have visited China earlier on Multiple business visa but I have forgotten the requirements.
1) I have got an invitation from a company in China for business discussions. (same company had invited me during my earlier visit)
2) I have a return air ticket between Tokyo and Shanghai with dates booked.
3) Passport with sufficient pages.
4) Visa application form downloaded from Chinese Embassy site.
Kindly let me know if I need any thing else. to apply for a multiple business visa.

you need to provide one recent passport photo affixed on the visa application form, the original and copy of Japan permanent residence, the copy of your last multiple entry business visa.
