About:China Customs Declaration

I am traveling to China in May in Shanghai and Beijing. I plan to take over the counter meds (Tylenol, Imodium, gravol) as well as natural meds including a digestive aid, fever few and vitamin supplement powder. Will I run into any problems? Should I declare? Should I get my naturopath to write a note regarding these?

You have to make a declaration to the China Customs with medical certificate, your passport and the Application form for Iinport/export of personal effects.
