Hi, sir. You said you would leave Hong Kong at 8am on 6th Sep. So you may have no time to visit the peak or Macau on your third day. I am wonderring that is it 8pm?

You can buy an airport express travel pass which is benefit for your within the three days in HK. You can make full use of Hong kong metro when travelling in HK. You can find many nice dim-sums and noodles restaurants at Mongkok area, expecially the night market. City Econo Guest House is generally safe for you to stay in.

I think the time will be urgent since you should arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the departure time. It is better to stay in Hong Kong on the last day.
