About:Hong Kong Airport Shuttle Bus to Hotel

We will be overlay in Hong Kong for 18hr and would like to go to Repluse Bay and find the place to have lunch before we head back to the airport. We need recommendation please.

From the airport to Repulse Bay, you can take bus E11 from the Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) to Admiralty Station, Queensway, then transfer to bus 6 and get off at 127 Repulse Bay Road, Repulse Bay Road.
There are many delicious food restaurants in Repulse Bay area so that you can easily get one you like there. I suggest you have a taste in South Bay Beach Club.

How's about taxi since my mom have a problem for long distance walking? Where should we go to get taxi to Repluse Bay (the nearest stop to big Kwan Yim statue)? How much is the taxi fare? Where else should we go in case we have time?
