About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am currently holding china working visa (Z) and it will expire in April 6. I plan to go to Seoul on April 5 to apply for a tourist visa so that I can enter China again. I do not have Korean ARC and I knew u mentioned that i can apply china tourist visa through travel agencies. But do you think with my current Z visa status, will I be granted a L Visa to enter China again?

A travel agency in korea told me that it can be done. Should I trust them?

You can't be granted a L visa to enter China in Seoul without Korean ARC even though you apply for it through a travel agency. You can choose Hong Kong or Macau to apply for China visa.
