About:Victoria Bay

My husband and I will be going to HK on Nov 18-22. Do locals normally wear jackets and coats during this time? Where can we shop for good and cheap clothes? Thank you.

It is reported that the temperature will go down around 15C, but not cold at all. You could wear a shirt and thin jacket there. For shopping, I think you could go the Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung, or these shopping plaza located in Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay, such as Harbour City and Sogo.
