About:Korean Air

I have a flight with korean air KE038 on the 19th April 2011 from Chicago to Incheon international then to cebu Phils... Is it possible to rebook my flights and how much is the rebooking fee? Thank you.

Well, it depends on the seats availability and airlines policies. You would better check with the airlines whether the rebooking is acceptable and then consult them about the rebooking fee.
