About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

I am going to Hongkong on July 15, and will be arrived in Hongkong on July 16. Will stay in Hongkong for 2 days, go to Macau, and go to Shenzhen and Zuhai and back to HongKong on July 21. Do I need one entry visa or double entry visa? Please advise and thank you in advance.
