Paper was used since the early times of the Western Han Dynasty in China because of the development of the social productivity. It was used for writing on its appearance. Later, Cai Lun of the Eastern Han Dynasty reformed the paper making technology and created white paper. The modern paper used in China made from more materials with higher quality.

Yes it did change.. It used to be a slow process of using one block at a time but then they created machinary that could do it faster than by hand and that revolutionised the idea again to make printing even faster than the original priting and handwriting
