About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

is it correct that the octopus store in HKIA closes at 22:00?
we are planning to buy tourist value pack worth HKD220 and use it right away for transpo to kowloon but our ETA is at 21:35.
can we still be able to buy the tourist value pack in the airport considering the time difference of our arrival and the time the store closes?
If not, please advise. thanks!

Since the last airport express train departs at 01:15, you may buy the octopus card at the express train station in the airport before that time.
