About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

I am a Ghanaian. I have had my invitation documents to enable me to secure a visa and then visit China on holidays, approved by the Chinese Foreign Department. This was processed on my behalf by a friend in China. All the documents have been scanned and mailed to me. Can I apply for the visa while in abroad or I have to specifically apply in Ghana? This is because my approval came just when I was about to travel to abroad - USA. Thanks

You need to apply in Ghana, sir, because you are required to provide the original and a photocopy of certificates for permit for residence, work, study or valid US visa if you want to process your China visa there.
