Do I need a transit visa in Beijing airport without going out of the airport?

I am a Philippine passport holder but will be leaving from Hanoi, I believe I have to transfer terminals. Do I need a visa for either of the transit in Beijing? I do not plan of going out of the airport but I may transfer terminals connecting to Ulan Bator.
