Hello and thank you for your time:I would like to know the rules for a Chinese citizen, who is a student in Canada, are to take back a pet such as a cat to China when the studies in Canada are finished.I have looked on other websites but I would very much appreciate the official policy on this matter. The requirements are almost the same to Shanghai, for example, the international health certificate and a vaccination record showing that a rabies shot was given no earlier than 12 months prior to arrival but not less than 30 days before departure.
