I would like to know the rules for a Chinese citizen, who is a student in Canada, are to take back a pet such as a cat to China when the studies in Canada are finished.
I have looked on other websites but I would very much appreciate the official policy on this matter.
Also I see much information for entrance via Shanghai but I need to know for Beijing.
