About:China Tourist Visa

My daughter is flying to Hanoi with a 23 hour layover in Hong Kong 3/28/11. Can she leave the airport to visit the city? She does not have a Visa for China.

If your daughter is also a US passport holder, she can go out the airport during transit because she enjoys visa free to HK for 90 days.
