I'm looking to do the Great Wall in July (I know) and was wondering if Batalang and JuYongGuan Pass can be done in one day together, or whether they need to be broken into two. These seem like the best areas for the following reasons: Batalang for over-all quality, but JuYongGuan for natural beauty, steep inclines, and perhaps less tourists. I'm torn between the two but would do both in a day if possible. If it's not, which would the reader (you) suggest if you've done both? Thanks!
