hi, is the ride to ocean park by bus 629 included in the octopus card tourist value pack worth HKD 220?

No, The airport express travel pass which values HKD220 includes 3 consecutive days of unlimited travel on MTR (except Airport Express, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations), but not include any bus travels.
