hi,Can anyone tell me how to make the hotpot sauce? i love Chinese hotpot.

The hotpot is totally different in Sichuan and Beijing. The former one is chili as well as the latter one is fresh. At present, various kids of hotpot sauce could be purchased at these supermarkets in China.
