I think you could use the Hong Kong metro as many as possible. You could take the metro at Jordan station to Disneyland, Macau Ferry Terminal in Sheung Wan and the Peak in Central directly. To the Ocean Park, you could take metro to Admiralty and then bus 629 to the park. The Avenue of Stars is located almost at the southmost of the Nathan Road, where you could reach from Jordan on foot.
