Hello,I wish to know is it easy to get a taxi from Xiaoshan international airport to Hangzhou City (杭州国际大厦酒店）？May i know how much is the taxi fare? thanks.

Yes, you could hire a taxi at the airport directly. The fare is around 100~120RMB.BTW, you could take the airport shuttle bus to its terminal at Wulinmen. Get off from the bus, you could found the hotel and walk to there easily in 5 minutes. The bus fare is just 20RMB per person.
