where can i have my octopus card balance refunded? at the airport? where exactly?

You can have your octopus card balance refunded at any MTR station in Hong Kong. There is also MTR Customer Service Centre at HK airport for you to get this refund of your card. You can find it according to the signs or ask for the airport staff to help you.
