Hi,what is the best way to go Qufu from Taishan and Qufu to Jinan?

At the square of Taishan Railway Station, you could take a bus to Qufu directly. The journey is about 1.5 hours.
In downtown Qufu, you could take a coach for about 3.5 hours to Jinan.0
