About:Chinese Consulates in Japan

I am a Brazilian married to a Japanese and living in Japan. I have a permanent resident status in Japan.I need a visa to go to Shangai on the 17th of March/2011. I live in Sapporo. What should I do to get the visa in order to travel to China as a tourist for one week? I am sorry about my hurry. Please send me an information as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

You can apply for China tourist visa from China Consulate in Sapporo, if you can't come to the consulate in person to submit visa application, you can ask someone else to do it for you, the required documents are your passport, one passport photo, completed visa application forms V.2011A and V.2011B, Japan Permanent Residence and its copy. Sometimes, the round-trip flight tickets are also required.
