I am flying to HK and thereafter go to Luohu to meet a friend at the border. Please advise how much will be the taxi fare from HK airport to Luohu.Thank you.David

The taxi can olly take you from the airport to Sheung Shui, then you need to take the East Rail line to Luohu border. The taxi fare is more than HKD300. I suggest you take bus A43 from the airport to Sheungshui. The bus fare is about HKD30/person.
