About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello,I am a Filipina and currently working in China for almost eight years and I have an employment/residence working permit.But I will be transferring to another company so I need to renew my visa under the new company I will be working.The Chinese embassy requires me to go back in the Philippine to apply for a Z visa.Do I need to undergo medical tests for getting a Z Viza?

Yes, you need to undergo medical tests or getting a z visa.
All working visa applicants shall provide a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen (physical exam forms, guidelines and list of accredited hospitals are available at the visa counter).
