About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Good day! I just wondered I've got a residence visa for another year,the same thing as my live-in partner but I'm just dependent.My question is because we're almost finished.Is it possible that he can cancelled my visa if I'm going back to the Philippines?If yes,can I still comeback in China?Please help me to figure this out.Thanks a lot and more power!

If he doesn't have your original passport, he can't cancel your residence visa, you can still come back to China by using the residence visa on your passport.
