Hi, i would like to arrange a travel itinerary for you. You can make it a reference.
The first day, you can go to visit Ngong Ping 369, Giant Buddha and Disneyland. MTR Tung Chung line can take you to Ngong Ping 360 and you will see the Giant Buddha on the road of Ngong Ping 30. From Ngong Ping 360, you can take tung chung line to sunny bay, then take Disneyland resort to get there.
The second day, you can go to visit the Ocean Park, the Peak, Avenue of stars and Wong Tai Sin Temple. From Ocean Park, you can take bus 6X to Central, then take bus 1 to the peak. Then back to Central and take MTR Tsuen wan line to Tsim Sha Tsui to see the Avenue of stars. Then you can take MTR to Promce Edward and transfer to Kwun Tong line to Wong Tai Sin Temple.

From the Chungking Mansion, you could walk to the Avenue of the Stars and then take a star ferry to Central. Not far from the Centeral pier, you could find the 629 bus to the Ocean Park. However, these buses only service at appointed time. If you miss it, you could walk to the Admiralty station and then catch the regular bus 629 to the Ocean Park.
