Overland how long will it take to get from Lhasa to Kathmandu on train / bus and what is the price?

You may consider of taking bus from Lhasa to Kathmandu. It takes about 2.5 days. The fare is about CNY 580.

Hi there, Reading at the info you have given to us, the buses take 2.5 days to reach Katmandu mean that do we have a break along the journey? Or we are travelling all the way to Nepal city without stopping.

Yes, you will have a break along the journey. It says that the bus stops in Zhangmu (樟木) for a night.
