About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

I know that Pakistanis are exempted from Visa Fees, but does that rule only apply when you are within Pakistan.

I am trying to apply for Business Visa from the Chinese Embassy in Yemen. Would I have to pay the visa fees here or not ?

Are there any special requirements if I want to apply for Express (One Day) service ?

With Pakistan passport, you are exempted from any visa fee no matter where you are applying China visa from. You can check their official website if they provide express or rush service for visa processing. If yes, it may require timely flight ticket for travel except for rush service fee.
